That is U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy !!!!
He is the most senior senator and took office at a younger age than any other current senator. He has a cameo in “The Dark Knight,” being threatened by the Joker at the cocktail party. Leahy is a huge Batman fan. He has also done voice acting in “Batman: The Animated Series,” appeared in 1997’s “Batman and Robin,”
He also did a cameo in “The Dark Knight Rises" , as a Wayne Enterprises board member.
Leahy is the only elected Democratic Senator as well as the longest-serving US Senator in the history of Vermont.
